Personal Interview
The head of the respective department will invite you to a personal interview to get to know you better.
Probationary period
The interview is followed by a probationary period of three months during which you actively participate in the organisation.
Membership
After successfully completing your trial period, you will receive a membership contract and officially become a member of Schanzer Racing Electric e.V.
FAQ
Do I need to have any specific previous knowledge to apply?
It is helpful if you already have some previous knowledge, but it is not a must. Above all, we value your motivation and commitment.
How long does it take until I receive a response?
It usually takes one to two weeks for the head of the relevant department to get back to you.
What is the weekly time commitment?
Your time commitment should be 15 hours per week.
Do I have to commit to a specific department when I apply?
No, during the probationary period you can also change departments by arrangement. In general, cross-departmental help is also very welcome.
Are there mandatory appointments?
Yes, there are mandatory meetings such as the department meeting and the team meeting. These are important to ensure dialogue and cooperation within the team.
Is knowledge of German required to become part of the team?
No, knowledge of German is not a requirement for membership.
Which software and tools are used in the team?
For example, we use CAD software from Dassault Systeme and simulation tools.
